The Valencian Community Handicraft Center opens on Thursday, September 21, at 7:00 p.m., the exhibition "Return of Sentiment RDS 6.0", the sixth edition of the joint collaboration project between artisans from the Valencian community and students of the ETSI Diseño of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, and for which the theme of this year - which coincides within the activities that will be held in the city around the Valencia Design Week, which will take place from September 19 to 22 - revolves around food and gastronomy.
RDS 6.0 is an exhibition of products by young designers from Spain and Europe who have studied at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, in the subject of Models and Prototypes Workshop, and in which the design of an innovative and original product was proposed. that was related to Valencian gastronomy and its traditions, to later carry it out together with an artisan from the community.
In this year's edition we have been able to develop a total of 6 projects in the Sorribes Glass workshops, so we are proud to be part of this great project in such an active way. The students Cristina Albert, Diego Lorente, Felipe Carrasco, Ilaria Giuliano, Josep Pedro and Lorena Moreno have trusted us and the tradition of this dynasty of glass artisans to make their projects come true, betting on glass as an element on which to sculpt the beauty of your ideas.
AMETLA
DIEGO LORENTE

Ametla is a collection of glass plates for presentations and events inspired by the almond and its sweets, as well as its Arab import in the Middle Ages. With its soft shape and curves, they recall the fruit and the fluidity and movement of the oriental.

TAPEO
ILARIA GIULIANO
Tapeo was born as the ideal object to eat tapas and drink beer comfortably sitting or standing.
The project, designed to unite food and drink, is made up of two interlocking pieces: a wooden glass to put small meals and a glass glass to put drinks.
NYAS
FELIPE CARRASCO

It is a set of three bottles with the most characteristic liquors of the Valencian Community. Each one of them contains the freshness and history of each province, a glass of fondillón, a shot of herbero and a cup of cremaet. Made of borosilicate glass without molds at 1350 degrees, guaranteeing its exclusivity and resistance.

ESPART
JOSEP PEDRO
Espart is a new bottle concept that aims to unite the new uses of bottles with tradition. Designed to once again give prominence to two deserving trades and materials such as glass and esparto. The latter was used to protect against blows, improve transport and protect the contents from sunlight.
ADUO
LORENA MORENO

Aduo is an original design that helps inexperienced or foreign cooks who want to learn the traditional paella recipe. To do this, combine in one piece the amount of rice and water for a diner. In this way, you can enjoy paella in an easy and practical way.

SAVU
CRISTINA ALBERT
This bowl is based on the Valencian dessert arrop i tallaetes since its relief reminds of the grape, its main ingredient. This texture embodied in the glass gives Savu different support positions and also provides elegance and simplicity.
